Avocado mousse is a new way to eat avocado for dessert. This is super easy to whip up and full of good-for-you fats from the avocados. The avocado mousse is best served cold, so chill it in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. It’s best to blend the avocado first with the milk before adding in the other ingredients since the avocado is what will take the most time to blend. After it is blended, add in your other ingredients and continue to blend. Taste and add in more salt or honey if you so choose.
